Return/repair/exchange policy for Consumers :
If your bag was purchased from a store, claims must be handled through the store at which your bag was purchased.
If your bag was purchased from BosomBuddyBags website, You may return your purchase in UNUSED condition, within 10 days of receipt, for a full refund or exchange.

Repair/replacement: within 3 months of purchase from BBB, we will repair or replace any defect or damage (caused by BBB) for free.
We are not responsible for damage due to: puppy chewing, inadvertently stepping on the bag, attempts at removal of adornments. We've seen it and we know!
If the product was received longer ago than 3 months, we will deal with this on a case by case basis.
If you have a bag in need of repair, due to owner use, please see guidelines for submission below. Once we determine the extent of damage and the possible repairs, a repair fee will be assessed on a case by case basis.
At any time, if a bag is in need of repair:
Please FIRST contact us by email with a description of your problem, including photographs at REPAIRS@BOSOMBUDDYBAGS.COM. This will allow us to properly assess your situation and to recommend the proper solution and give you an estimate BEFORE you send it to us.
Please note that our designs are constantly evolving. If your bag is more than 1 year old, we may not have the components to repair/replace, substitutions may be required. Please note that seasonal styles may not be available out of season and a similar product may be offered for replacement.
It can take up to 6 weeks for your bag to be returned to you.
